ACLSPS	Classroom and permit service This Course includes up to 6 hours of classroom instruction on the rules of the road, traffic signals, and pavement markings, as well as general traffic safety theory in preparation for basic instruction permit test. A trip to the Secretary of State Driver Services Facility (DMV) for the official permit test is also included. Classes are held at Central Driving Academy (1455 W. Fullerton Ave, Chicago IL 60614), please call our office to arrange class time. Permit days to the DMV are Tuesdays or Thursdays.	$ 210
AEVALRT	Evaluation and Road Test This course is recommended for persons who have a valid instructions permit and that have driving experience or have had a driver's license here in the United States or in another country and also need assistance in obtaining their Driver's License in the state of Illinois. This program includes a 3 hour in-car evaluation to ensure that you have the necessary driving skills and knowledge that the Secretary of State will test you on and an instructor will take you to your road test (1 trip only) at the DMV. Testing days are scheduled upon availability and we meet at Central Driving Academy.	$ 320
ASTART	Beginners Program This is our "STARTER" program. It's designed for persons with little or no driving experience. This course includes up to 6 hours of classroom instruction on the rules of the road, traffic signals, and pavement markings, as well as general traffic safety theory in preparation for basic instruction permit test, trip to the Secretary of State Driver Services Facility (DMV) for the official permit test and you will receive 8 hours of In-Car driving lessons. Classroom sessions are held at Central Driving Academy (1455 W. Fulleton Ave, Chicago IL 60614) Please call our office at (773)868-3927 to arrange class time. Permit days to DMV are Tuesdays or Thursdays by appointment only. For the in car lessons Home pick up may be provided, there may be an added charge depending on pick up location. APA	Pay as you go (Recommended) This is our most popular program, Students are not committed to any number of lessons. You may take as little or as many lessons you feel you may need. On a one (1) hour lesson engagement we meet at Central driving Academy (1455 W. Fullerton, Chicago IL 60614), on a two (2) hour engagement we may pick you up at home. Charges may apply depending on location of residence. PLEASE NOTE: All students are required to have a valid instruction permit.	$ 55 per hour
A108	Brush Up For persons who have a valid instruction Permit or Driver's License who may require practice on certain areas of driving. Course includes 8 hours of in-car lessons. Students may be picked up at home for in-car lessons. There may be an added charge depending on pick up location. Road test not included.	$ 420
APRT	Road Test In this program Central Driving Academy offers our students the option to have us assist you with process and guide you through the procedures in applying and taking the Road Test. This service only includes 1 road test attempt. We will meet at Central Driving Academy the day of the Road Test. PLEASE NOTE: All students are required to have a valid instruction permit and register for a minimum 3 hour in-car driving evaluation to insure students competence to take road test. The 3 hour in Car-Lesson time is not included in the tuition for this course.	$ 165
